Head to the waterfront for festivities & trick or treating at local businesses and at Skansie Brothers Park.Ā Thursday, October 31 from 3pm - 6pm. Visit waterfront businesses door-to-doorĀ and stop by a few booths along the way to collect treats offered by visiting non-profit organizations.
