Celebrate with family art day, Wonders of the Waterfront & more!

You don't need much reason to visit Gig Harbor's Waterfront over this long holiday weekend - but we'll give you a few good excuses to come out for a visit anyway. 😉

Add Family Art Day at the Harbor History Museum to your weekend festivities:

The History Museum will be featuring the work of artist Suzie Cowan will lead a workshop and discuss her work and process on Saturday July 6 at 11:30am.

Children will have the opportunity to create their own sea life collage greeting cards using her hand-made marbled paper.

ArtWalk: Each month waterfront galleries, museum and stores come together with local artists to celebrate creativity, giving you the perfect excuse to stroll the Harbor on a Saturday afternoon.

Come down for ArtWalk on July 6th and pack a picnic or stop for refreshments - here's a quick link to our list of local spots that will quench your thirst.
